1. Who is responsible? Poem Booth is responsible for processing your data at this booth. Questions? Contact us at contact@poembooth.com.
2. What data do we process? The photo taken at the booth, the poem or portrait generated from it, and — if you choose to receive your result by email or to pay for a download or print — your email address and payment details (payments are handled by our payment provider).
3. IP address When you use the online portal we briefly store your IP address to prevent abuse. It is automatically deleted afterwards.
4. What happens to your photo? Your photo is sent once to AI models that read and analyse it to create your poem or portrait. We do not use your photo to train AI models. Your photo and the generated result are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours, unless you have downloaded or saved your result yourself.
5. Which parties do we share data with? To deliver the experience we use a limited number of processors: AI providers (to create the poem/portrait), hosting and storage providers (to run the service), our payment provider (for paid downloads/prints), and our email provider (to send your result if you request it). They may only process your data on our behalf.
6. How long do we keep data? Your photo and result are deleted within 24 hours. If you receive your result by email, we keep it as long as needed to deliver it. Payment and order data are kept for as long as the law requires (for example, for tax purposes).
7. Your rights You have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us at contact@poembooth.com. You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Changes We may update this statement. The latest version is always available via Poem Booth.
